Products and pricing: Our products, price and packaging are subject to revision or change or substitution without prior notice. The images in this website are purely representative of our products. Certain products like fruit fusion that use fresh fruits like strawberry and raspberry, are seasonal. If unavailable we will substitute for an equal or higher priced item directly as the majority of our orders are time critical and we may not have time to contact you. We will attempt to contact you, subject to availability of time.

Special Offers and promotions: We will present special offers on select products from time to time. Such offers will be available only whilst stocks last. Cherish Chocolates reserve the right to amend the products /offers listed in this section at any time. When we have any special offers, please use our voucher code to claim your offer. Cherish reserve the right to decide the validity date for such promotions or withdraw any promotions without prior notice.

Tasters/Samples: When you subscribe to our tasting club, free samples of new flavours will be supplied to you at the sole discretion of Cherish Chocolates. Tasters will be delivered only within the UK.

Age Restriction: Products containing bottled alcohol e.g. liqueur chocolates are only available for purchase or supply to persons over the age of 18. You will be asked to confirm this during the order process – this forms part of our contract of sale.

Payment:
Currently we accept payment via Paypal, and Credit or Debit Card through Paypal interface. Your confidential information e.g. credit card info is held securely at the paypal interface. However, Cherish hold information like customer address, telephone number and delivery address details in order to process orders.  All orders are verified for payment by Paypal prior to dispatch, so please ensure that the details you provide us with are correct. We require you to supply the registered address of the credit card holder which is used to validate your order with your credit card company. We cannot accept responsibility for an order being held back as a result of incorrect or invalid payment details being given.

The total value of your order will be displayed on the order confirmation screen. The displayed price is the amount in Pounds Sterling (£), If you are ordering from outside the UK, the appropriate exchange rate will apply.

Our Website contains a large number of products and it is always possible that, despite our best efforts, some of the products listed may be incorrectly priced. We will still honour our commitment for that particular order but reserve the right to correct the price thereafter without any prior notice.

We are under no obligation to supply products to you at an incorrect (lower) price, even after we have sent you an order preparation confirmation, if the pricing error is obvious and unmistakeable and could reasonably have been recognised by you as a mis-pricing.

VAT: All prices quoted in our website are inclusive of VAT (20%). Please send us an e-mail to support@cherishchocolates.com, if you require a VAT receipt for the order you have placed.

Consumer Protection: In the unlikely event that your payment card is used fraudulently to make a purchase with Cherish Chocolates online, you are entitled to cancel the said payment(s). If payment has already been made, you are entitled in accordance with the standing Consumer Protection Distance Selling Regulation (2000), to a re-credit or to have all sums returned to you by the card issuer.

Delivery Destinations: Please refer to our link ‘Shipping and Delivery Information’ for details regarding locations, delivery timescales, dispatch days and delivery charges.

Delivery Charges: We want your chocolates to be handled carefully and delivered fresh. We also want to give you the ability to track your order and for these reasons, we do not want to compromise on cheap delivery options.  We are also able to provide you with a guaranteed next day delivery as soon as your order is made fresh and ready to be despatched.  A standard fee of £8.50 is hence applicable for all orders up to 1 kg, whether it is a small ballotin box or multiple boxes weighing up to 1 kilogram. Delivery charges would change for orders beyond this quantity. In such situations, please e-mail is at sales@cherishchocolates.co.uk and ask for delivery charges before you place your order.

Storage of Cherish Chocolates: Our chocolates are sold fresh and meant to be eaten fresh as soon as you receive them. Please follow the storage advise on the box.  During this time, the chocolates may please be kept in a cool dry place. They are usually not to be refrigerated (unless specified) or frozen, as this can spoil their freshness and could also alter their flavour or the texture of their fillings. We recommend storage temperatures between  15°C to 20°C / 59°F to 67°F with 50 to 60% humidity and of course, away from direct sunlight. Our fresh chocolates usually have a shelf-life of 30 days, but we hope  they won’t last that long.

Orders deemed as ‘delivered’: If the recipient / members of the family is/are not available to receive the package at the time of attempted delivery, we do not take the responsibility of missing the delivery time. If your order comes back undelivered, a delivery charge of £7.90 would be applicable for every new attempt.

Acceptance: You will be required to read, understand and accept our terms and conditions whilst placing your orders. Placing your orders would mean that you have also read, understood and accepted our terms and conditions.
