Welcome to a special page in my life…
5 years ago, I started experimenting with chocolates for fun, with the lingering idea of ’make fresh, eat fresh’. Friends just loved it. They passed the word around and soon, complete strangers were calling for batches of “what you made for Tom the other day”. Before we knew it, we were creating new unusual flavours, naming products, labelling batches, applying for food licences and supplying fresh hand-made to-order chocolates to our entire district.
Along the way, I got my hands deliciously dirty learning to make fine, fresh chocolates and experiment with unusal flavours. And when critics gave me a big nod in delight, the idea of Cherish was conceived.
Today, we are proud to be among the few truly personalised yet high-quality chocolate makers this side of the Swiss Alps! Our simple yet elegant packaging ideas hit it off well with our customers, they dive in straight to our fresh chocolates, rather than being distracted with fancy packaging.
